Rib Cartilage Rhinoplasty, Septal Extension (Rib Cartilage), Nasal Tip Reshaping, Columella Lowering, Nostril Rim Lowering, Revision Surgery
Treatment Details
| Treatment POINT | Transitioning away from prosthesis, 1 month post-op The L-shaped prosthesis created an upturned nose, resulting in a slightly unnatural appearance. We extended the nasal bridge using rib cartilage while removing the prosthesis and reshaping the bridge with rib cartilage. By firmly lowering the columella, the transition from nose to mouth also achieved an elegant change. |
