| Treatment POINT | Corrected a contracted nose from revision surgery at another clinic. Still swollen at 2 weeks post-op. Following rhinoplasty at another facility, the implant was too high, and the nasal tip had become hard and shortened due to contraction. Performed septal extension using rib cartilage and reshaped the nasal tip to a natural form. Removed the implant from the nasal bridge and reconstructed it using rib cartilage. The result is very natural and well-suited to the patient's face. |
