| Treatment POINTS | This patient visited our clinic concerned about a low nasal bridge and flared nostrils. During surgery, a 3.5mm silicone implant was inserted to create a straight, defined nasal bridge. Additionally, nasal base augmentation using ear cartilage strengthened the foundation and elevated the nasal tip. The prominent alae were reduced through alar base reduction, making them smaller and less noticeable. The transformation is significant yet looks very natural. Of course, the overall facial impression is greatly improved. A successful, refined nose job! |
