Treatment Details

Treatment POINT	Both the double eyelid width and eye opening show excellent improvement, brightening the eye area! Regarding the nose, due to significant midface depression and prominent mouth area, maxillomandibular osteotomy would also be an option. However, based on the patient's preference, rhinoplasty was performed. Through septal extension and alar base prosthesis placement, the nose lifted from its base, dramatically improving midface projection. The level of change achieved is comparable to that of a full facial contouring procedure. Despite such significant changes, the final result of the nose looks very natural.
