| Treatment POINT | Nostril Rim Lowering is an excellent option for individuals whose nostrils appear prominent due to an upward-sloping curve. By transplanting ear cartilage and skin to lower the alar rim, we gently reduce the curve of the nostrils, making them less noticeable. Although the patient already had sufficient nasal height, they were concerned about the bumpiness of the nasal bridge and prominent nostrils. The nasal bridge was refined and smoothed through osteotomy and narrowing of the nasal bones, eliminating the bumpiness. |
