| Treatment POINT | The patient originally had a high nose with a slightly downward-pointing tip. The hawk nose was thoroughly reduced, creating a straight, beautiful nasal bridge. The nasal tip underwent tip refinement and auricular cartilage grafting. The excessively long columella was shortened, giving the tip a slightly upturned, pointed appearance.
