| Treatment POINT | The nasal tip was extended by 6mm through septal extension combined with tip refinement. While such a significant change could risk an unnatural, “plastic surgery nose” appearance, as you can see, the result is a natural look that harmonizes with the face. The nasal bridge was refined and streamlined through nasal bone osteotomy and narrowing. Since the patient had upward-curving nostrils, nostril rim reduction was performed to minimize their prominence. The result is a very natural look perfectly suited to the face.
