| Treatment POINT | This patient underwent septal extension at another facility, resulting in nasal tip deviation and columellar retraction due to contracture. We corrected the deviation and firmly lowered the columella using rib cartilage for septal extension revision. Changes to the columella significantly alter the nasal impression. Simultaneously, we replaced the deviated prosthesis. |
