Ham Eye Correction (Upper Eyelid Skin Resection)
Treatment Details
| Treatment POINT | After double eyelid surgery, some patients become concerned about ham-like eyes or drooping caused by excess skin below the double eyelid crease. While various solutions exist, upper eyelid skin excision is one option. Skin is excised 1mm above the lash line. This improves sagging skin covering the lashes, creating a beautifully rounded eye arch, making the iris appear larger, and resulting in brighter-looking eyes. The scar is positioned right at the lash line, making it inconspicuous and healing quite cleanly. Though a small area, even a slight change can significantly alter the impression of the eye area. |
