This is a case where an L-shaped prosthesis was previously inserted at another clinic, and due to its contracture, the nasal tip became curved and upturned. We corrected the crooked nose and refined its appearance using rib cartilage for septal extension and replacing the implant. Simultaneously, nasal bone osteotomy for narrowing and alar base reduction created a cleaner profile from the front. An alar base implant also improved the buried appearance of the nostrils. The nose is now well-defined, creating a refined masculine look.
