| Treatment POINT | One month post-op. The patient originally had a nose with thick, less elastic skin. Using rib cartilage for nasal extension, we elevated the nasal tip to create a more sculpted mid-face profile. The facial balance is now harmonious, resulting in a refined appearance! We also performed alar base reduction, creating a more refined alar shape. Scars are already barely noticeable. |
