| Treatment POINT | Achieved a beautifully balanced nose that perfectly complements the face. Although the patient's nose was already relatively high, surgery was performed to also improve the perceived protrusion of the mouth area. By extending the nasal bridge, the nose was lifted firmly from its base, making the mouth area's protrusion less noticeable in profile. From the front, the nose appeared prominent due to its wide nasal bones. However, nasal bone osteotomy and narrowing created a slimmer, more refined nasal bridge.
