Nose Tip Reshaping, Ear Cartilage Grafting, Nostril Rim Lowering, Revision Surgery
Treatment Details
| Treatment POINT | This patient had undergone a total of three previous nasal surgeries at other clinics, including osteopore placement and septal extension. As the patient wished this to be their final procedure, I performed their fourth revision surgery. We removed the unevenly curved Gore-Tex implant from the nasal bridge and used a custom prosthesis to achieve a clean, straight bridge. The nasal tip appeared slightly droopy, so we adjusted it using the Columella Strut technique to create a naturally rounded shape with a slight upward tilt. The result is a natural and beautiful appearance from every angle. |
