Septum Extension, Nasal Tip Reshaping, Nasal Bone Osteotomy and Width Reduction, Alar Base Reduction (Inner/Outer)
Treatment Details
| Treatment POINT | The original nose had an aquiline profile, a slightly thick nasal tip, and a receding columella. The aquiline profile was corrected by performing osteotomy and narrowing the nasal bones. Using only auricular cartilage for nasal tip extension, the columella was advanced and the nasal tip extended diagonally downward. This created mid-face dimensionality and significantly improved facial balance. Nasal alar reduction also made the nostrils less noticeable. Each procedure produced highly effective changes. The result is very natural and beautiful. |
