| Treatment POINT | The nasal tip was extended by 6mm through septal extension + tip plasty. While such a significant change could easily result in an unnatural, “plastic” nose, as you can see, the outcome is natural and harmonizes well with the face. The nasal bridge was refined and made slender through nasal bone osteotomy and narrowing. Since the patient had upward-curving nostrils, nostril margin reduction was performed to make the nostrils less noticeable. The result is a very natural look that suits the face. |
