| Treatment POINT | This patient had double eyelid surgery at another clinic 15 years ago but consulted us about sagging skin covering her eyelashes. While the double eyelid crease was well-defined, excess skin below it remained. We performed an upper eyelid skin excision. This simpler procedure offers shorter downtime compared to revising the double eyelid incision, making it more accessible. Post-op, the lash line is beautifully visible, and the eye's arch has become nicely rounded! More light is entering the pupil. |
