Rhinoplasty

INDEX

Nasal tip refinement is a representative procedure in rhinoplasty that refines the nasal tip to be slimmer, higher, and sharper. By
adjusting the alar cartilage or transplanting auricular cartilage, it elevates the nasal tip and improves a rounded nasal tip (dumpling nose).
Additionally, by adjusting the direction of the nasal tip, it can effectively improve an upturned pig nose or a downturned witch nose.

Recommended for people like this

  • I want to enhance the height of my nose tip.
  • I want to make my nose tip look slimmer and sharper (I want to improve my bulbous nose)
  • I want to make my nostrils less noticeable.
  • I want to naturally refine the shape of my nose tip (improving a pig nose or witch nose)
  • I want to avoid major surgery (nasal septum extension).

Features of Our Nasal Tip Reshaping

1. The Cormer-Lestrade Method to Prevent Backtracking

Conventional nasal tip procedures often involve suturing the alar cartilage or grafting auricular cartilage onto the nasal tip, but these methods may experience relapse over time. Our
clinic employs the Colmera Strut technique. By reinforcing the nasal column with grafted cartilage, we achieve a well-defined nasal tip height and deliver long-term, stable results.

2. Custom-made designs tailored to your facial features

We design a natural, refined nasal tip that considers the overall balance of your face, rather than simply making it tall and slender. Based on simulations
and your ideal image photos, we take ample time for consultation on the day of surgery.

3. A delicate approach by specialists

Performed by board-certified plastic and cosmetic surgeons. We achieve both safety and aesthetic appeal, resulting in a natural-looking nose tip that feels completely natural.

Treatment Process

Design

Based on preoperative simulations and your ideal image, we will propose a nose shape that complements your facial features. We will also ensure ample time for design consultation on the day of surgery.

It is performed under intravenous anesthesia or general anesthesia.
